Nursing Home explores aging as a spatial transition rather than a final state.

The project is positioned along a gently sloping terrain, minimizing intervention and embedding itself into the topography to enable direct access to open spaces from almost every level.

Communal and administrative functions are concentrated on the ground floor, while residential units are lifted into independent blocks above, allowing daily life to remain closely connected to gardens and courtyards.

Drawing inspiration from former village settlements in the region, the spatial organization prioritizes courtyards, horizontal circulation, and daylight as orienting elements, transforming abstract notions of aging, time, and transition into an experiential architectural framework.
